These general conditions will expressly regulate the relations established between Plusvillas Home Design SL, hereinafter PLUSVILLAS, and any user who browses and interacts through the website https://www.plusvillas.es/, hereinafter the Website . The User is understood as the person who accesses, browses, uses or participates in the services and activities of the Website.
The access and navigation of a User through the Website implies the unreserved acceptance of these General Conditions of Use.

PLUSVILLAS also correspond to the exclusive exercise of their exploitation rights in any form and, in particular, the rights of reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation, in accordance with Spanish legislation and the applicable European Union.
This website https://www.plusvillas.es/, the pages it comprises and the information or elements contained therein, includes texts, documents, photographs, drawings, graphic representations, computer programs, as well as logos, brands, names trademarks, or other distinctive signs, protected by intellectual or industrial property rights, of which PLUSVILLAS is the owner or legitimate licensee.

11. Información sobre productos y disponibilidad
PLUSVILLAS garantiza, salvo errores mecanográficos, la realidad de la información que se incorpora respecto del producto que forma parte de su cartera comercial, rechazando toda responsabilidad sobre cualquier información introducida por terceros que no resulta avalada ni garantizada por PLUSVILLAS, así como la no contenida en esta página web y, por tanto, no elaborada por PLUSVILLAS, o no publicada con su nombre.
PLUSVILLAS ofrece sus productos detallando la información necesaria para que el Usuario conozca, las características específicas de los productos ofertados.
El contenido de estas páginas es meramente informativo y no constituyen oferta firme, ni tienen valor contractual, siendo su contenido orientativo, por lo que el Usuario queda obligado, a confirmar con PLUSVILLAS, la situación a tiempo real de la información obtenida. PLUSVILLAS se reserva la posibilidad de actualizar sobre sus productos, los precios, modificar los bienes objeto de información, sobre todo en caso de venta, e incluso retirar inmuebles de la venta, sin que la situación precedente suponga compromiso.
En nuestras oficinas encontrará toda la información a la que tiene derecho según Real Decreto 515/1989, de 21 de abril sobre protección de los consumidores en cuanto a la información a suministrar en la compraventa y arrendamiento de viviendas y normativa autonómica complementaria de aplicación.
Respecto de la información introducida por terceros, PLUSVILLAS no se responsabiliza de su veracidad, ni de su actualización, debiendo el interesado dirigirse directamente al anunciante, PLUSVILLAS, con la presente web no presta a tales terceros ningún servicio de asesoramiento ni revisión del cumplimiento de la normativa por su parte, siendo cualquier relación que pudiera surgir de estos anuncios totalmente ajena a PLUSVILLAS. A estos efectos, se hace constar que los resultados relativos al Simulador de Hipotecas se obtienen a través de los datos proporcionados por las entidades bancarias propietarias de los inmuebles y son de carácter meramente informativo, por lo que quedan clasificados como información introducida por terceros y, en consecuencia, están sujetos a las condiciones del párrafo anterior. Dicha información no implicará relación contractual ni oferta alguna por parte de PLUSVILLAS.
12. Solicitud de visita
El Usuario podrá solicitar realizar una visita de un inmueble a través del Sitio Web. Para proceder a la presentación de la solicitud de visita el Usuario deberá cumplimentar los campos obligatorios del Sitio Web.
En un plazo máximo de dos días laborables, un mediador externo de PLUSVILLAS se pondrá en contacto con el Usuario para coordinar la visita del inmueble solicitado.
A estos efectos, el Usuario da su consentimiento, en los términos establecidos en la Ley Orgánica 15/1999 sobre protección de datos de carácter personal (LOPD), para que PLUSVILLAS pueda ceder sus datos personales a los sólos efectos de que se lleve a cabo la visita al inmueble seleccionado, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el párrafo anterior. El Usuario podrá en cualquier momento y de conformidad con la LOPD, ejercer sus derechos de acceso, rectificación, cancelación y oposición mediante notificación escrita a la dirección del Responsable del Fichero, Plusvillas Home Design S.L., por correo postal a la dirección Calle de la Pau 2, 03710 Calpe (Alicante) o mediante correo electrónico info@plusvillas.es.
Cualquier consulta o incidencia sobre la visita, así como cualquier tipo de información que el Usuario pueda necesitar puede efectuarla en el teléfono de atención al cliente 96 583 35 87, indicando la referencia del inmueble y los datos personales.
Una vez realizada la visita PLUSVILLAS se pondrá en contacto con el Usuario, en el número de teléfono facilitado, para conocer la satisfacción sobre el servicio.
13. Presentación de oferta de compra
El Usuario podrá presentar una oferta de compra sobre el inmueble a través del Sitio Web siempre y cuando haya realizado una vista a la misma y haya comprobado su estado y características.
Para proceder a la presentación de la oferta el Usuario deberá cumplimentar los campos obligatorios del Sitio Web e indicar la cifra ofertada por el inmueble. En el importe de la oferta no van incluidos impuestos u otros gastos de la compraventa.
Las ofertas recibidas a través del Sitio Web se estudiarán y resolverán en el menor plazo de tiempo posible. El resultado, positivo o negativo, se comunicará al interesado en el teléfono de contacto que nos indique. Caso de ser positivo, se le confirmarán las condiciones en las que se transmitiría el inmueble.
Cualquier consulta o incidencia sobre la oferta, así como cualquier tipo de información que el Usuario pueda necesitar puede efectuarla en el teléfono de atención al cliente 96 583 35 87, indicando la referencia del inmueble y los datos personales.
14. Legislación aplicable
El presente contrato se regirá por la legislación española, que será de aplicación en lo no dispuesto en este contrato en materia de interpretación, validez y ejecución. En caso de cualquier controversia relativa a las presentes condiciones generales, en caso que la compra haya sido efectuada por un particular, las partes se someterán a la jurisdicción de los Juzgados y Tribunales que le correspondan al consumidor.
En el caso de que se trate de una compra realizada por un profesional o empresa, ambas partes se someten, con renuncia expresa a cualquier otro fuero, a los Juzgados y Tribunales de Alicante.
